“Mate atu he tētēkura, ara mai he tētēkura.” Te Arikinui Ngā Wai Hono i te Pō Pōtatau Te Wherowhero the Eighth now leads, following her father, King Tūheitia. A hui was held at Tūtereinga with the consensus from all, that the 2024 Poukai will be held at Huria Marae in April 2025.
